Introduce, train, and advise external installation subcontractor or customer in installation methods and/ Or installation equipment’s. - Manage regional field demands and collect lesson learned or improvement from project site.
- Introduce, train, and advise external installation subcontractor or customer in installation methods and/ Or installation equipment’s.
- Being key specialist for ON DD technology and guiding development of technical installation solutions.
- Perform data collection and prepare reports in order to meet reporting requirements
- Working knowledge of crane and rigging equipment
- Responsible for facilitating training requirements such as tasked based certifications
- Read schematics in order to troubleshoot complicated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with variable pitch, speed control systems, and components
- Support the project delivery according to business commitments and PM@SGRE policy
- Ensure the availability in time and in budget of the Technical Documentation, Tools and Materials for performing Construction (CNS) projects activities
- Support project developing required CNS technical documentation and engineering studies
General

OTHER DUTIES
- Support regional wind turbine retrofit activities
- Work in conjunction with technical support for proactive repairs
- Comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures (iso9001/iso14001/iso18001)
- Participate in on-the-job training and other training off-site
- Complete all required training in a satisfactory manner and timeframe
- Support project teams in the configuration of tools
- Facilitate the tooling sharing among regions, if required
- Trouble shooting and root cause analysis support during project execution for tooling and erection process
- Provide technical documentation and engineering studies for project execution
- Provide CNS project technical documentation for WTG assembly
- Secure the process of elevator and lifelines certifications
- Act as a focal point for CNS specific procedures technical needs identification, communication, and coordination with Technical Office
Engineering
- Support optimization of Crane and Wind turbine Lifting Plans during project planning and execution
- Presentation and training of internal personnel and third parties on SGRE technical and installation documentation to meet Contract Requirements
- Introduce new product (platform) installation concepts in APAC, including new tooling and new procedures
Safety and Quality
- Contribute proactively to the SGRE zero harm culture
- Quality system information update (QVAL system management)
