For our Project Management department in Aalborg, we are looking for an experienced Technical Installation Manager to work activly in our Aalborg expansion and support our new plant.
You will be involved in planning and accomplishing our Real Estate (RE) maintenance and tenant improvement projects throughout all project phases, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external experts and contractors.

How to contribute to our vision
It will be your task to coordinate the installation of production equipment in our factories.
The projects can vary from a single machine in a production hall up to a full new factory.
Together with our suppliers and our production managers, you will create an overall plan for the suppliers need of installation equipment such as cranes, lifts, power, tools etc. making sure, that everybody keeps their timeline for delivery of the equipment.
You will be the contact person on the floor for all installation related questions from users, suppliers, equipment designers, real estate, maintenance, HSE etc.
Especially when a new factory is built, there will be multiple installations at the same time, and you will be the one coordinating it.

The Technical Installation Manager ensures, that new production equipment is installed according to demands and as planned, in a safe and effective way so it can be taken into use at the scheduled time.
Experience is the most important topic in this position, but we value a solid background as a project manager potentially combined with a craftmanship education i.e. Marine Engineer.
We expect that you can document some years’ experience in project management with a high level of details from similar projects.
You must have excellent cooperation and communication skills on all levels in an organization and used to work with multiple tasks at the same time.
You work in a structured, systematic and transparent way.
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
