The team leader of Special Process Equipment is part of tooling department responsible for all blades production Special Process Equipment include drilling machine, paint booth, casting equipment, bonding equipment etc. The organization is to support all blades factory (include BTP supplier) daily operation on Special Process Equipment, drive for SQDC improvement by improvement Special Process Equipment capability, deliver capable tooling engineering resource for NPI/NPP/TT/BTP project.
What are my responsibilities as the Team Leader Special Process Equipment?
  • Analyze existing Special Process Equipment to identify improvement potential.
  • Support development of new Special Process Equipment in collaboration with Process engineering, New Product Introduction and Technology development,
  • Develop best implemented Special Process Equipment for effective productivity improvements. Driving the productivity improvement from CT, OEE with OEE loss with technical solutions.
  • Drive the improvement of Capex investment by optimize the design and supplier source.
  • Technical sign-off process concept and specification, design review and acceptance to ensure latest best process set up in accordance with Safety, Sustainability, Quality and cost ambition.
  • Support the introduction of new products pertaining to new/improved Special Process Equipment.
  • Planning and realize the technical team capacity according to business plan to support production line technical support demand.
  • document planning, including use manual, drawing, software and PLC program backup, spare part list, maintenance plan, checklist etc. continues improvement of quality plan and keep consistency of all relative documentation and planning.
  • Lead team to actively to make quick reaction for line trouble shooting during ramp up phase and normal production as daily management, use systematic approach (problem solving method, 8D, A3) for repeat problem solving, standardization and continues improvement.
  • Organize training and competence development program for Special Process Equipment team, team competence builds up to improve line performance and development efficiency.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
What you need to make a difference?

  • University degree or equivalent significant experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, thereof 3+ years in a technology leadership role preferred
  • Proven and recognized technical expert in blades manufacturing area
  • Strong Collaboration & teamwork
  • Cross-functional management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, determination to achieve and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Broad knowledge of new technology trend and innovative thinking.
  • Understanding of applicable industry standards and security practices’
  • Anility to lead, motivate, develop and mentor others
  • Innovative, think outside the box, creative, create new business solution.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal business team, at different levels of organization.
  • You can communicate confidently in English both written and spoken
