In this role, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support - Industrial Engineering department, which consists of a team of 20 people. The team works to support blade production in Aalborg through various activities and projects.

How to contribute to our vision

You will be in charge for:
  • Development of innovative production solutions.
  • Capacity expansions.
  • Improving working environment and product quality.
  • Start-up of new production lines and commissioning of new production equipment.
  • Support production in achieving high quality and improving processes through structured problem solving.
  • Launch initiatives to improve safety and quality in the factory.
  • Optimization of series production processes, especially in the casting of glass and carbon fiber components.
  • Perform and facilitate production tests.
  • Support global capabilities and ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects current processes.
You will have the opportunity to use your skills in these areas and contribute to the success of the team.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We are looking for candidates with an academical background in engineering with the Ability to collaborate and achieve results in teams.

Someone curious and willing to experiment with new solutions and with the ability to work structured and systematic, responsible and able to handle projects from start to finish.
The candidate we are looking for should also have experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving.
It is also required to have the ability to deliver in high quality within timeframes and budgets.
Experience working in multicultural environments and large organizations it’s a plus.
Fluency in Danish and English is required for this position and experience in working with MS package (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP knowledge.
