For our HSE team at plant Aalborg, we are currently looking for an HSE Officer to perform a variety of important and interesting tasks, directly related to our blade production facilities.
How to contribute to our vision
As an HSE Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our production in matters related to HSE processes and advise directly on queries. Among other things, you will support the design and/or implementation of safety guidelines and instructions. You will support the teams in developing risks assessments related to the production processes as well as participating in incident investigations and root cause analysis. All the way through, it is important to ensure effective communication to every employee concerned. When needed, you will train and instruct the organization in relation to new HSE Processes.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We imagine that a potential candidate has practical experience from a production line or vocational training combined with technical knowledge. To succeed in the role, you will need…
  • Implement superior EHS policies and guidelines. and define, adjust and implement EHS regulations and processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of/implements the EHS Management System and ensure for effective EHS reporting.
  • Coordinate planning, organization, and implementation of specific EHS programs and projects.
  • Monitor existing and potential EHS concerns and recommend priorities for resolution.
  • Decide on programs for remedial action.
  • Support and advise the CEO of assigned organizational unit in all EHS matters.
  • Maintain accountable relationships with regulatory and government agencies.
  • Represent the assigned organization externally in all function related subject matters
  • Lead and/or coordinate dedicated EHS professionals.

As a person you need to be outgoing, enjoy looking at the fine details and communicating your findings to stakeholders of different backgrounds.
