We are looking for a highly motivated, well-structured and dedicated Business Controller to join our Controlling team at the blades factory Aalborg, Denmark.
How to contribute to our vision
Being a business partner means you will be preparing and participating in monthly forecast of Balance Sheet positions and Free Cash Flow. This involves inventory management with focus on Raw Materials and WIP, Account Payables, Assets and Liabilities. You will participate in month end closing activities such as preparing journal entries, reporting of actuals as well as you will support management with monthly updates on KPIs.

Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Understand and explain drivers in actual figures
  • Apply knowledge about drivers to predict and estimate future months
  • Oversee and support with the annual inventory count
  • Act as a business partner to various stakeholders
  • Support special projects and ad hoc analysis when needed.
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A motivated team player, who is proactive, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you have an open-minded approach to people and changing/advancing work environments.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting and has a minimum of 3 years working experience in commercial or controlling areas. Experience in production controlling will be an advantage, but not a must.
You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within
your responsibility. Moreover, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
It is an advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Familiarity with the Danish language is an advantage.
