We are looking for a highly motivated, well-structured and dedicated Business Controller to join our Controlling team at the blades factory Aalborg, Denmark.
How to contribute to our vision
As a business partner in the plant your main tasks consist of reporting and consolidation of financial figures, planning and calculating yearly budgets and monthly forecasts as well as performing actual vs. planned comparisons and identify cost drivers. In your role as business controller, you will be involved in analyzing and evaluating cost structures as well as building, maintaining and improving the business reports and tools.
Being a business partner means providing support to the management and the organization by delivering transparent and correct information. You're expected to recommend actions and enable transparent decision making. An important part of the role will be maintaining and continuous improving the cost transparency in your area of responsibility as well as advise and support your business partners and stakeholders in financial matters. Your area of responsibility involves, but are not limited to, consolidation of balance sheet items as well as forecasting and budgeting of e.g. inventory, accounts payables and liabilities.
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A motivated team player, who is proactive, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. Furthermore, you have an open-minded approach to people and changing/advancing work environments.
The ideal candidate holds a university degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting and has a minimum of 3 years working experience in commercial or controlling areas. Experience in production controlling will be an advantage, but not a must.
You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within
your responsibility. Moreover, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
It is an advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Familiarity with the Danish language is an advantage.
