We are looking for an Administration Manager (Administrationschef) for our factory based in Aalborg, DK, who will provide a comprehensive business support for the Plant Director and senior leadership team to assist them to operate with maximum efficiency. Enhance the office services team effectiveness by providing daily leadership, whilst anticipating business requirements and proactively take necessary actions.
How to contribute to our vision
The Administration Manager acts as an ambassador and is involved in liaising with the senior stakeholders across the business. Remains proactive, with a tenacious attitude to problem solving as well as a strategic mindset.
The Admin Manager will be an integrated part of the plant senior leadership team.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Lead Admin team
- Effective leadership of the Admin Team including performance reviews and development of colleagues.
- Being a central ‘point of contact’ for the management team regarding administrative tasks e.g., locker rooms, purchase orders for non-product related items, TA assistance where applicable, etc.
- Develop the admin organization to ensure redundancy of competencies in critical operations.
- Bargaining agreements and similar
- To provide support to the Plant Director, especially on bargaining agreements, shift models, bonus agreements for hourly paid workforce and the like.
- Participate in negotiations for the bargaining agreements and advice plant director on topics related hereto.
- Plant project portfolio management
- Managing the consolidated plant project portfolio (reporting and governance)
- Managing the consolidated plant project portfolio (reporting and governance)
- External Stakeholder management
- Lead the external stakeholder management, incl. maintaining and updated stakeholder overview and in several cases being the point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Interact with some external stakeholders on behalf of the management team

- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with all levels within a large organization

- Experience in building up a strong administration setup supporting the business in the best way possible
- Keep a focus on continuously improving our service – and quality standards
- Mediator experience will be seen as an extra strength
