As a Senior Project Manager for Controls & Digitalization within Siemens Energy's Gas Services organization, you will lead complex automation, control systems, electrical systems, and digitalization projects across Latin America. You will serve as the primary link between customers, global engineering teams, commercial stakeholders, and service organizations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects that enhance power plant reliability, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. Your daily activities will include managing project execution strategies, budgets, schedules, risks, contracts, and stakeholder expectations while coordinating multidisciplinary and multinational teams. You will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions involving control systems, industrial automation, cybersecurity, digital platforms, and modernization technologies that support customers throughout their energy transition journey.

The Controls & Digitalization team within Siemens Energy Gas Services delivers cutting-edge automation, control, and digital transformation solutions for power generation facilities across Latin America. The team supports modernization programs, lifecycle service projects, cybersecurity initiatives, remote monitoring solutions, and plant optimization programs that help customers improve reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. Working within a highly collaborative global organization, team members partner with experts from multiple countries and disciplines to deliver innovative technologies that maximize the value of critical energy assets and support the evolving demands of the energy transition.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead the execution of complex Controls & Digitalization projects across Latin America, delivering value to customers in the power generation and industrial sectors.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource allocation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional and global teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Commissioning, Service, and Sales.
- Act as the primary customer interface, building strong relationships and ensuring effective project governance and communication.
- Drive the successful implementation of automation systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA, turbine controls, electrical systems, cybersecurity solutions, and digital technologies.
- Promote project excellence by monitoring financial performance, mitigating risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Control Systems, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).
- Solid experience in project management within industrial, energy, automation, digitalization, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record managing projects involving control systems, industrial automation, digitalization, DCS, PLC, SCADA, electrical systems, or related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of project execution methodologies, financial management, risk management, and change order administration.
- Experience leading multicultural and multinational teams while managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Advanced English skills, with the ability to lead meetings, customer discussions, and project activities in a global environment. Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager managing customer-facing projects with significant technical and commercial complexity.
- PMP certification required or strongly preferred.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
