Junior Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d)
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be part of a small local team in Brno while collaborating with colleagues across our international organization. In this role, you will support the commercial and financial aspects of customer projects, working closely with experienced Commercial Project Managers, technical project managers, sales teams, and finance colleagues.
Your day will be varied, ranging from project controlling and forecasting activities to supporting customer contracts and commercial project execution. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project business while developing your commercial and financial expertise in a global environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Learn and gradually take ownership of commercial project responsibilities under the guidance of experienced colleagues.Prepare analyses and presentations that support project and business decision-making.Support customer communication and contract administration in cooperation with sales and project management teams.Contribute to risk and opportunity management as well as monthly and quarterly closing activities.Assist in project controlling activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.Collaborate with internal departments such as manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance to help ensure smooth project execution.Support the commercial execution of projects, including order processing, invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in commercial project management, project controlling, finance, sales support, business administration, or a similar area.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in understanding financial and commercial processes.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills are a strong advantage; basic knowledge of Czech or Slovak is beneficial but not required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on responsibility and grow within the role.
