Technical Document Writer
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will develop accurate, user-centric, and technically sound documentation for SCADA systems in wind turbine operations, supporting engineering, commissioning, operations, and maintenance teams.
The role requires close collaboration with SCADA engineers, network architects, software developers, and field technicians to document highly technical content related to wind farm control systems, networking architecture, data acquisition, and remote monitoring. You will translate complex engineering concepts into clear and usable documentation, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with industry standards.
How You’ll Make An Impact
You will be part of a collaborative and cross-functional team supporting SCADA systems and wind energy solutions. The team works closely across engineering, software, and operations functions to ensure accurate documentation and smooth system deployment.
The environment encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and high-quality documentation practices, enabling teams to effectively operate and maintain wind turbine systems while contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainable energy solutions.
