How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js
- Contribute to product planning and provide insights to improve user experience and application performance
- Work with GraphQL and REST APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through standard processes and code reviews
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging frontend technologies
- 10+ years of proven experience after BE / B Tech in frontend development, building and deploying modern web applications
- At least 5 years of experience working with React.js; experience with React Native is a plus
- Solid understanding of GraphQL and REST API integration
- Experience in performance optimization and frontend architecture design
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API
- Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Vite
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an added advantage
- Strong proficiency with Node, npm, and other developer tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Product Owner teams and collaborators
