Site Manager (h/f)
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Site Manager dedicated to Synchronous Condenser projects, you will be at the heart of delivering strategic infrastructure that contributes to the stability and resilience of European power grids. Based predominantly on construction sites in Belgium, you will lead construction and commissioning activities in close coordination with engineering teams in Bruges.
As the key on-site leader, you will ensure the successful execution of works, coordinate subcontractors, and uphold safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. You will play a pivotal role in developing Siemens Energy's expertise in Synchronous Condenser projects, an essential technology supporting the energy transition and the increasing integration of renewable energy sources.
How You'll Make An Impact
You will join Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies organization, which develops and delivers innovative projects aimed at strengthening the stability of tomorrow's power grids.
Synchronous Condenser (SynCon) projects represent a strategic growth area, enabling transmission system operators to compensate for the reduction in system inertia associated with the large-scale integration of renewable energy sources. You will collaborate daily with international experts in Germany, the Netherlands, and across Europe to deliver high-value projects for grid operators.
