As the Siemens Energy (SE) EHS Manager for Grid Technologies (GT) Thailand, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS management system, providing hands-on support to project teams, office functions, and management in fostering a strong safety culture and effectively managing health and safety risks across project execution and business operations.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Leadership & Culture: Act as the go-to EHS expert, guiding leaders and stakeholders in building a strong safety culture through awareness, training, and engagement.
- Collaboration & Implementation: Partner with local and regional stakeholders to roll out EHS initiatives, maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Regulatory & Management Systems: Support alignment with Thailand and international EHS regulations, along with SE Global, Regional, and customer requirements, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Training & Competence Development: Lead EHS training programs and competency frameworks, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting a culture of continuous learning.
- Performance, Auditing & Continuous Improvement: Monitor EHS trends and key metrics, provide reporting to senior management, undertake audits, investigate incidents, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Sustainability & Wellbeing: Champion environmental protection, waste reduction, and health initiatives that support a safe, sustainable, and wellbeing-focused workplace.
- Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering, with experience implementing or managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 highly valued.
- Experience & Expertise: 5-8 years of practical EHS experience, ideally within an EHS Management position.
- Incident & Risk Management: Skilled in incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strong knowledge of local and international EHS standards, helping ensure operations meet current compliance and best practice requirements.
- Communication & Collaboration: Confident communicator in English, able to engage, influence, and train diverse teams across all levels of the organization.
- Leadership & Partnership: Comfortable working across functions, guiding stakeholders on EHS initiatives and helping foster a proactive safety culture.
