You will own strategic transformation initiatives that connect business processes, data and technology to create measurable business value. Working closely with business leaders, process owners and Data & AI experts, you will identify opportunities, shape transformation roadmaps and drive implementation from idea to adoption. Whether improving decision-making through trusted data, breaking down organizational silos, or leveraging AI to solve business challenges, your focus will be on turning strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes. How You'll Make an Impact
- Own data & AI transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through value realization.
- Turn data, analytics and AI into measurable business value that improves decision-making, operational performance and efficiency.
- Shape the future Data & AI agenda by identifying opportunities and translating them into scalable business capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders and break down organizational and data silos to establish a data-driven operating model.
- Leverage modern AI capabilities and innovative approaches to accelerate transformation and business impact.
- 5+ years of experience in Data & AI strategy, business transformation, consulting, product ownership, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI and their impact on business value creation and performance improvement.
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into strategic roadmaps and scalable solutions.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, taking ownership, driving change, and challenging the status quo.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a global and cross-functional environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI initiatives and enterprise data platforms, including Snowflake, SnapLogic, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and tools such as Copilot Studio; supported by a relevant university degree and advanced English proficiency.
