Your Impact Opportunity
As Head of Sales Denmark, you will take on a senior commercial leadership role with full responsibility for sales performance and customer engagement in the Danish market. Your mission is to strengthen sales effectiveness, deepen customer relationships, and drive profitable, sustainable growth in a competitive and evolving environment.
You will lead the Danish sales organization, working closely with Nordic and global stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and strong execution. Through purposeful leadership, clear priorities, and structured follow-up, you will create the conditions for continued success while contributing to broader Nordic collaboration and commercial development.
Depending on experience and background, this role may be positioned as a standalone country role or combined with additional Nordic or functional leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Set clear direction and ambition for the Danish sales organization, aligned with business, growth, and sustainability objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and teams, fostering engagement, professionalism, and a strong performance culture.
- Ensure excellence in sales execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance follow-up, with high transparency and predictability.
- Strengthen strategic customer relationships and key accounts in the Danish market, positioning Siemens as a trusted long-term partner.
- Champion customer-centric and value-based selling approaches, in close collaboration with marketing, partner management, and other functions.
- Contribute actively to Nordic collaboration, sharing insights, best practices, and initiatives across countries.
- Experienced sales leader with a strong track record of leading and developing sales organizations in B2B environments, preferably within technology- or solution-oriented businesses.
- Leadership-oriented mindset, with the ability to inspire, coach, and create clarity in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement in sales ways of working, while maintaining strong engagement and trust.
- Solid commercial understanding of the Danish market, customers, and buying processes.
- Experience working in matrix or cross-border organizations, collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing customer value, competitiveness, and business performance.
- Ability to lead sales teams with clarity, confidence, and credibility.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a genuine interest in developing others and building future talent.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships and value creation.
- Sound understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning in Denmark.
