- Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics.
- Ensure achievement of production goals related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Develop and execute operational plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; promote a strong safety-first culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team; support workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, HR, and corporate leadership to support plant and company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee capital projects, equipment reliability, and facility improvements.
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.
