What You'll Do:
- Install and service residential HVAC systems (mini splits, heat pumps, hydronic systems)
- Work directly with homeowners to solve comfort and air quality problems
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and technology
- Deliver the level of service that builds long-term customer relationships
- Contribute to a team that actually values quality work
What We Need:
Experience: 7+ years residential HVAC installation and service
Certifications: EPA 608 (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
Driving Record: Clean MVR required
Attitude: Professional, reliable, takes pride in quality work
Compensation:
Base Pay: $40-$45/hour depending on experience and certifications
Realistic Annual Earnings: $83,200-$113,600 (40 hours/week base + typical overtime)
Performance Bonuses: Up to $2,000
