- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
- Ensure quality assurance throughout manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of power transformers
- Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action processes
- Analyze quality data, drive root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement measures
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and utility-specific requirements
- Act as key quality interface for internal teams, customers, and external auditors
- Degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent technical qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management within power transformers or heavy electrical equipment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processes
- Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes
- Structured, analytical working style with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communication skills in a cross-functional, international environment
