Job Summary

Secutech INC is hiring Solar Installers to join our in-house installation team as full-time W-2 employees. This position focuses on hands-on installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties. No professional license is required. Training and advancement opportunities are available for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar PV modules, racking systems, and mounting hardware on residential and commercial rooftops in accordance with project plans and company standards
• Assist with site setup, layout, material handling, and maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Install and secure inverters, wiring, grounding, and balance-of-system components under direction and supervision as required
• Follow all company, OSHA, and local safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform work at heights using ladders, harnesses, and fall protection systems in a safe and compliant manner
• Assist with basic system inspections, testing, and troubleshooting activities as needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support project schedules and workflow coordination
• Maintain professional conduct and customer awareness while working at residential and commercial properties
• Participate in required safety, technical, and skills training programs
• Support additional scope of work as assigned, which may include assisting with tasks related to electrical systems, low-voltage and security systems, and other construction- or energy-related activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in solar installation, roofing, construction, or general labor is preferred but not required
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift heavy stuff and stand, climb, and work for extended periods
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
