What You'll Do: On-Site & Field-Based Role Sales & Growth
- Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and measurable value
- Ensure every client receives a top-tier experience from the first meeting to renewal
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, on-field territory outreach, and referrals
- Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs
- Be comfortable with in-person interactions as client prospecting will mostly rely on a door-to-door sales approach targeting commercial businesses.
- Gather and review clients' electricity usage data
- Provide cost-saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights

Compensation & Schedule Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- All holidays off
Compensation:
- $40,000 Annual Base + competitive commission structure
- Bonuses and performance incentives
- Gas reimbursement
- First-year average earnings: $65,000 - $70,000
- Top performers can exceed this range
