For our Project Management team we are currently seeking an experienced

 

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Start date: as soon as possible | Location: Gdynia, Poland; Leba, Poland| Working model: Hybrid possible, on site preferred | Employment type: Permanent employment


In this position, you will become part of our internal team at SeaRenergy and take responsibility for client projects whilst liasing with specialist departments and entities of the SeaRenergy group. As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and all internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
  •  Coordinate and manage the project team with the objective to manage project personnel, material, logistics and further deliverables
  • Be in charge and actively striving for safety on site, commercial success of the project, satisfaction of the client and compliance to applicable rules and regulations
  • Monitor project status and progress in line with best international project management practices
  • Become an important part in major offshore wind in Poland

  • Completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, project management, renewable energy, maritime studies, engineering, economics, or a comparable discipline.
  • Several years of experience in project management, within the renewable energy, offshore wind or maritime industries respectively any other complex project environments.
  • A project management certififaction in line with IPMA or PMI standards are considered an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English. German and/or Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with project management and resource planning tools is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between €60.000 and €75.000.
