We’re looking for a Security Operations Analyst to play a key role in strengthening our cyber resilience across our OT systems and supporting our IT environment. In this position, you’ll investigate security incidents, conduct threat hunts, and support a cyber security function that is committed to delivering a safe secure and reliable electricity supply to millions of customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll also be part of an ambitious security transformation programme designed to reduce risk, ensure compliance with NIS regulations, and build a cyber-resilient business. This programme is already underway and will continue through 2027, offering you the chance to make a real impact on a critical initiative.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and managing detections, supporting incidents, facilitating reporting and mitigating threats, and ensuring adherence to security policies and processes. This role also involves analysing complex data to detect vulnerabilities and potential breaches, helping us stay ahead of evolving threats.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in SOC, familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms, XDR, vulnerability management, and OT technologies is advantageous. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to build relationships globally are essential.
