We're looking for a Senior Governance, Risk & Assurance Analyst to join our team in Glasgow. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a safer, more secure future.

What you’ll be doing

In this position, you’ll support in coordinating cyber governance, risk and assurance activity across the organisation. Your work will ensure our cyber risk posture is clearly understood, effectively managed and consistently assured across all UK businesses. You’ll deliver initiatives that help the wider organisation make informed decisions around cyber risk and compliance.

Your role will see you supporting leaders across Governance, Risk and Assurance, bringing broad expertise to daily operations. You’ll manage the department’s workflow, oversee the team mailbox, respond to business queries, review and approve requests, and contribute to the delivery of key projects and objectives. You’ll also develop risk and compliance reports that highlight essential insights, providing stakeholders with the clarity they need to take action

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge in cyber security governance, risk and assurance frameworks, tools and processes, backed by significant experience in delivering cyber security processes at scale. You’ll be confident in assessing risks and communicating them in a way that resonates at every level of the organisation. Industry-recognised qualifications such as GICSP, CISSP or CISM will demonstrate your depth of expertise, and an awareness of relevant IT and OT cyber security legislation within the energy sector will help you hit the ground running.
