At ScottishPower, our Legal Services team plays a vital role in supporting the governance, integrity and strategic direction of the organisation. We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to our Head of Legal and to help ensure the smooth operation of Board and Committee activity across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide professional executive support to the Head of Legal and Corporate Legal Director, managing diaries, correspondence and priorities to ensure time is used effectively.
You’ll support Board and Audit Committee processes, coordinate meetings, agendas and papers, maintain records and ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear, accurate and timely information.
You’ll also support wider Legal Services activity, including arranging meetings and travel, preparing presentations, managing expenses and handling sensitive information with discretion.

You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, supporting senior leaders in a fast paced, professional environment
- Confidence working with senior Iberdrola executives, Non-Executive Directors and members of the ScottishPower Management Committee, building trusted relationships and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and complex diaries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, calm and confident approach
- Strong IT capability, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- A high level of discretion, integrity and attention to detail when working with confidential and commercially sensitive information
