Senior CRM Application Analyst

A CRM system that works technically is all well and good. A CRM that genuinely helps colleagues work smarter is even better.
As a Senior CRM Application Analyst, you’ll ensure our business applications continue to meet Scholt’s needs. Your focus will be on our CRM landscape. You’ll analyse processes, collate business requirements and translate them into solutions that not only work today, but are also scalable for the future.
As a senior professional, you’ll have the freedom to look beyond isolated incidents or change requests. You’ll identify areas for structural improvement and take the initiative to drive those improvements forward.
You bring business, processes and IT together
One moment you’ll be delving into a complex incident; the next, you’ll be discussing with stakeholders how a process can be organised more efficiently. It’s precisely this variety that makes your role so interesting.
You’ll be a key point of contact for queries, incidents and changes relating to our applications. You’ll analyse the root causes of problems, translate business needs into concrete requirements and oversee changes from initial issue identification through to implementation.
In doing so, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and your colleagues in IT. You’ll oversee testing processes, ensure business continuity and make sure that solutions are not only technically sound but also actually work for the people who’ll be using them.
As a senior analyst, you’ll help shape how we move forward
We’re not just looking for someone who knows how Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or a similar CRM platform works. We’re looking for someone who, drawing on that experience, dares to take a critical look at how we do things.
Where can processes be made smarter? Which problems do we need to solve structurally rather than just fixing them time and time again? And how do we ensure that our application landscape grows in line with the organisation?
You’ll be given the freedom to take the initiative in this area and help us further professionalise our CRM and the way we work with it.
At the same time, you’ll share your knowledge with the rest of the team. You’ll coach junior analysts, assist them with complex issues and, in doing so, contribute not only to better applications but also to a stronger team.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- At least 5 years of experience as an application analyst, business analyst or Dynamics Consultant
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented, including incident analysis and problem solving, fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Experience with test processes, stakeholder management and coaching of juniors
