Transactional Offer Specialist - Sales, Digital Power (Norway)

 

We’re looking for a Transactional Offer Specialist to join our Digital Power team in Norway.


In this role, you’ll drive the sell-out of Schneider Electric’s low-voltage products and systems within our Digital Power portfolio. You’ll work closely with transactional partners, panel builders, distributors, system integrators, OEMs, electricians, and contractors while also collaborating with Key Account Managers to support end-user opportunities in sectors like buildings, healthcare, data centers, and consumer-package goods. 

 

Digital Power is a cornerstone of Schneider Electric’s strategy, helping mitigate current and future challenges in power quality and availability to support electrification. Your work will ensure our offers are considered in every relevant channel and segment.

What you’ll do
  • Sell Schneider Electric’s low-voltage Digital Power portfolio and related software to transactional partners.
  • Support Key Account Managers on sales activities for offers like Power Monitoring Expert, EcoStruxure Power Operation, power meters, gateways, current transformers, and power quality mitigation equipment.
  • Build a strong pipeline and engage in opportunity teams around transactional partners.
  • Develop relationships with end users in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
Essential for the Role
  • Norwegian language skills (written and spoken) are a big plus; English fluency is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (partner or end-user), with at least 2 years working with technical offers related to energy efficiency, electrical distribution, or power management.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong consultative skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer situations and provide tailored solutions.
