Your role:

Reporting to the C&SP Europe team, you take ownership of the Project Management function for the Digital Energy scope (Building Management System and Electrical Power Management System). You lead a team of Project Managers based in Lattes and located in different countries, in charge of steering the execution of strategic customer projects (global and regional strategic accounts) from initiation to site acceptance, including system integrations. A highly exposed role, in direct interface with customers with very high expectations, you ensure safe, profitable and compliant delivery while building a team equal to the activity's growth ambitions.

The role is based in Lattes near Montpellier. We can also consider Grenoble or Paris.

What will you do?

  • Oversee customer projects from initiation to completion of site acceptance for the Digital Energy portfolio, including system integrations,
  • Lead and direct the regional project manager team, setting priorities and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives,
  • Lead workforce planning activities by assessing current and future project demands and defining and implementing the best execution set-up,
  • Manage risk assessments, budgets, profitability and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that exceed customer expectations,
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing delivery processes.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering,
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with strong customer exposure; prior experience in a data center, critical infrastructure or complex industrial environment is a plus, though not a prerequisite,
  • Proven leadership ability to guide teams through complex, non-routine challenges with confidence,
  • Fluent English required for interactions with international customers.

  • Financial Management — intermediate level: overseeing budgets and cost controls across project portfolios,
  • Consulting — intermediate level: advising customers and stakeholders on project strategy and execution approaches,
  • Knowledge of data center BMS and EPMS systems is a plus.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 78.400 - EUR 117.600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
