  • Facilitate client workshops and executive or operational discussions to define energy and emissions reduction objectives, constraints, governance and implementation priorities.
  • Translate data, engineering analysis and site findings into clear recommendations, investment cases and phased implementation roadmaps.
  • Challenge client assumptions constructively, shape practical solutions and build alignment across technical, financial and operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain trusted-advisor relationships and hold clients and project stakeholders accountable for agreed actions and outcomes.

3. Technical Assessment and Implementation

  • Assess energy-consuming systems and operational practices, including HVAC, controls, compressed air, steam, refrigeration, lighting, motors, process loads and other relevant systems.
  • Quantify energy, cost and emissions savings; develop measurement approaches; and assess technical feasibility, delivery risk, capital requirements and payback.
  • Prepare and review business cases, specifications, tender inputs, implementation plans and client-ready technical reports.
  • Provide technical oversight during implementation, including contractor coordination, design or solution review, commissioning support and performance verification, where in scope.
  • Apply sound safety, risk and quality practices throughout delivery.

  • Lead multiple engagements from scoping and mobilisation through delivery, close-out and follow-on implementation support.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, change control and client communication.
  • Support opportunity qualification, solution design, effort estimation, pricing, proposal development and presentations.
  • Identify appropriate cross-sell and follow-on opportunities based on demonstrated client needs, without compromising advisory integrity.

5. Capability Building and Continuous Improvement

  • Coach consultants and engineers through project reviews, technical guidance, knowledge sharing and on-the-job development.
  • Develop and improve templates, calculation tools, methodologies, quality controls, case studies and reusable delivery assets.
  • Capture lessons learned and promote consistent use of regional and global best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and adjacent service teams to deliver integrated energy and sustainability outcomes.
