About The Team

Within Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain organization, our team owns safety, environmental compliance, real estate, and sustainability performance across the global supply chain network, and drives the transformation agenda that supports it. We work at the intersection of operations, HSE, real estate, and sustainability strategy — turning data and field insight into decisions leadership can act on.

The role

As a VIE, you will be a key contributor to how the team measures, communicates, and improves performance across safety, environment, and sustainability. You'll combine hands-on data work with visible communication responsibilities and direct exposure to long-term strategy.

Data & performance

  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs across safety, environment, real estate, and sustainability topics
  • Consolidate global data from sites/regions; ensure quality, consistency, and timely reporting
  • Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership

Communication & community animation

  • Own and animate the global sustainability community calls: agenda, content, speakers, follow-up actions
  • Produce communication materials (newsletters, decks, intranet content) to engage sites and functions worldwide
  • Act as a connector between corporate strategy and field teams

Strategy & benchmarking

  • Support the development of the long-term safety, sustainability, and supply chain strategy
  • Conduct benchmarks and external research (regulations, competitors, best practices) to inform roadmaps
  • Contribute to business cases and transformation initiatives

Profile

  • Master's degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent) in supply chain, sustainability, EHS, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Excel/data tools (Power BI a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to diverse, international audiences
  • Fluent English required; French a plus
  • Curious, structured, autonomous, comfortable working across cultures and time zones
