The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic and commercially focused marketing leader to join Schneider Electric as our General Manager Marketing, Digital Energy Pacific.
Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Energy Pacific, you will play a pivotal role in shaping market strategy, accelerating business transformation and positioning Schneider Electric as the preferred energy technology and software-enabled lifecycle partner across the Pacific region. You will lead a high-performing marketing team while partnering with local and global stakeholders to drive growth through customer-centric propositions, innovative go-to-market strategies and software-led business models.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will influence business direction, customer engagement, portfolio strategy and commercial outcomes while helping accelerate Schneider Electric's Digital Energy transformation agenda.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You are a strategic marketing leader who thrives on building and transforming businesses in complex B2B environments. You enjoy connecting market insight with commercial execution, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
You are equally comfortable operating at a strategic executive level while leading teams to execute against ambitious business objectives. Your commercial mindset, leadership capability and passion for innovation allow you to deliver impact in evolving technology-driven markets.

- Develop and lead the Digital Energy Pacific market strategy, customer value propositions and portfolio positioning.
- Translate business transformation initiatives into compelling market offers, customer journeys, commercial models and sales motions.
- Drive software-led growth by developing go-to-market strategies, recurring revenue models, pricing principles and customer adoption programs.
- Lead annual strategic marketing planning, business reviews and market intelligence initiatives.
- Partner with sales, services, software, finance and operations teams to embed growth initiatives and commercial programs.
- Oversee offer marketing activities including market analysis, competitive positioning, pricing and sales enablement.
- Drive customer engagement, thought leadership and internal communications strategies.
- Build, coach and lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Manage marketing investment and demonstrate clear return through pipeline growth, customer adoption and business performance.
You are a strategic marketing leader who thrives on building and transforming businesses in complex B2B environments. You enjoy connecting market insight with commercial execution, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable growth outcomes.
You are equally comfortable operating at a strategic executive level while leading teams to execute against ambitious business objectives. Your commercial mindset, leadership capability and passion for innovation allow you to deliver impact in evolving technology-driven markets.
In addition, you have the following skills:
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic marketing, business transformation, portfolio strategy or commercial model development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software, subscription and recurring revenue business models, including customer adoption, retention and expansion strategies.
- Proven experience translating business strategy into customer propositions, go-to-market programs and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in pricing, business case development, investment prioritisation and ROI management.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments.
- Experience within technology, energy management, sustainability, engineering, critical infrastructure or adjacent B2B industries would be highly regarded.
