Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Technician role based in Delhi, India. The Solar Technician will install, test, and maintain solar power systems for residential, commercial, and institutional clients, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include site assessment, mounting and wiring of panels and inverters, configuration of monitoring systems, and routine inspections to optimize performance. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and coordinating with the engineering and project teams to complete projects on schedule and in line with quality and safety standards. The Solar Technician will also document work performed, maintain tools and equipment, and provide basic user guidance and support to clients.

- Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and use of relevant tools and test equipment.
- Diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, renewable energy, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read technical drawings, follow installation manuals, and maintain clear documentation.
- Comfort working at heights and in outdoor conditions, with adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams and clients.
- Prior experience in solar installation or maintenance is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant training may also be considered.
