Role Description The Solar Inverter Engineering & Manufacturing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include designing and developing solar inverter solutions, preparing technical specifications, and supporting prototype development and testing. The role involves coordinating with manufacturing teams for production planning, quality checks, and process improvements, as well as troubleshooting inverter-related issues in coordination with field and service teams. The team member will maintain documentation, support compliance with relevant standards, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize product reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in electrical or electronics engineering, with demonstrated experience in power electronics or solar inverter design.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, including on-grid, off-grid, hybrid configurations, and battery energy storage integration.
- Proficiency in using engineering design tools, basic CAD or circuit design software, and test equipment for diagnostics and validation.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control practices, and safety standards relevant to solar inverter production.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail in technical reporting and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lucknow, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant solar or power electronics certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in renewable energy or electrical equipment manufacturing is preferred, but candidates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered.
