Backed by Series A funding and serving customers across New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Texas, we’re scaling quickly - and we’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to join their thriving team.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a experienced sales executive who will:
- Carry and exceed an SMB/Mid Market quota
- Be a leader on a team of other Account Executives
- Model what disciplined, high-quality mid market selling looks like
- You will stay close to the market, close complex deals, and use that firsthand experience to raise the bar across the team.
What You’ll Own
Revenue Ownership
You will personally own and close strategic, high-ACV enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying an individual enterprise quota
- Full-cycle ownership: prospecting → discovery → solution design → negotiation → close
- Leading multi-stakeholder sales processes across operations, finance, and executive buyers
- Building ROI-driven business cases
- Running structured mutual action plans
- Leading complex commercial negotiations
- Maintaining disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
- You will model precision, structure, and executive-level selling.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including mid market level/complex deals
- Proven success as a top-performing individual contributor
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, high-ACV sales cycles
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Structured sales methodology experience
- Strong Salesforce proficiency
- Experience in energy, retail electricity, distributed energy resources (DERs), or adjacent industries preferred
- You thrive in fast-scaling environments
- You’re analytical. Structured. Competitive.
- You raise standards rather than accept them.
Compensation & Benefits
- $250,000–$300,000 OTE (uncapped) 50/50 base salary to variable split
