Senior Safety Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Safety Engineer located in Kishangarh. The Senior Safety Engineer will oversee and implement safety protocols, evaluate occupational health and security procedures, and ensure compliance at construction sites. Key responsibilities include developing safety plans, conducting training sessions for team members, and performing regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and enhance workplace safety standards.
- Proven expertise in Safety Engineering, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor safety protocols.
- Understanding of Occupational Health principles and experience ensuring employee well-being in compliance with applicable standards.
- Knowledge of Security measures and best practices, including crisis management and emergency response.
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs focused on safety and compliance.
- Specialization in Construction Safety, including familiarity with regulations, risk assessment, and safe construction practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field. Advanced certifications, such as NEBOSH or OSHA, are a plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate across multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience in the renewable energy or similar industries is preferred.
