Role Description
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to support RyeStrategy’s rapid growth within the sustainability software and services industry. This revenue-impacting role focuses on building, optimizing, and scaling lead generation and nurture programs across digital campaigns, email, events, social media, content, and marketing automation.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to drive qualified pipeline, improve conversion across the funnel, and ensure our CRM (HubSpot) is leveraged effectively for reporting, attribution, and lead nurturing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytics and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing, content marketing, or lead generation programs
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using HubSpot for marketing, including building campaigns, forms, landing pages, workflows, and reporting
- 2+ years experience working in B2B marketing environments
- Experience supporting or executing email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Experience managing lead generating webinars end-to-end, alongside subject matter experts, including content development, event promotions, and backend execution
- Familiarity with paid digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and attribution tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and follow established processes
- Strong understanding of core digital marketing concepts, funnels, and conversion metrics
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field
- Experience with SEO and AEO initiatives and working with external agencies or vendors
- Experience integrating AI into marketing processes to accelerate results
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, report building, and dashboarding tools
- Experience or strong interest in sustainability, climate tech, or mission-driven businesses
Role Specifics:
- Full-time, salaried position
- Remote, with travel for events and in-person meetings 6-8 times/year
- Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 base per year, depending on experience
- Company-provided laptop and essential software/tools
- Monthly stipend to assist with personal wellness or home office expenses
- Must be based in the United States and able to work PT, MT, or CT hours
- Full professional proficiency or native/bilingual proficiency in English

Lead Generation, Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Execute and manage lead generation initiatives across a strategic mix of channels including digital advertising, email, content, webinars, events, social media, and more, ensuring consistent and high-quality lead flow.
- Own multiple active campaigns and evergreen initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and quality.
- Build, maintain, and optimize campaign assets including workflows, automations, forms, landing pages, and email programs to support inbound and outbound demand generation.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through testing, reporting, and analysis, using data to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Develop clear, on-brand, and conversion-focused campaign deliverables such as emails, landing pages, dashboards, reports, and event follow-ups.
Funnel, CRM & HubSpot
- Maintain accurate, clean, and actionable data within HubSpot to support attribution reporting and channel performance visibility.
- Track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and growth activity in HubSpot, ensuring transparency for leadership, sales, and operations.
- Support lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and lifecycle management to ensure leads are properly qualified and routed.
- Build and maintain dashboards that track marketing and sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Sales Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales and client success teams to ensure marketing qualified leads are clearly defined, well-supported, and handed off smoothly.
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders on campaign performance, risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to maintain consistency in messaging, targeting, and optimization strategy across all campaigns.
- Support pipeline growth, renewals, and retention by delivering high-quality leads and actionable insights.
- Share learnings from campaign execution and experimentation to inform improvements in strategy, tools, and processes.
Content and Events
- Contribute to inbound marketing efforts by supporting landing pages, email copy, campaign assets, and growth experiments.
- Create content that supports demand generation strategy which may include industry reports, video scripts, blog posts, web copy, and more.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders or agency partners on SEO, AEO, and digital advertising initiatives and conversion optimization efforts.
- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of webinars, virtual events, and conferences.
- Ensure event-generated leads are properly captured, enriched, nurtured, and translated into measurable pipeline impact.
Data-Driven Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps across the marketing and sales funnel.
- Document experiments, insights, and best practices to support scalable and repeatable growth.
- Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, continuously iterating to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall growth performance.
