Job Title: Energy Management Solutions Specialist/ Customer Support Engineer

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Rate: $27- $29.28 per hour

Employment Type: 1 yr contract with pos of ext/conversion

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to execute, support, and lead the delivery of Energy Management Solutions for our customers. This role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute, support, and lead the delivery of Energy Management Solutions to customers
  • Work independently under the guidance of the Client Specialist Supervisor
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflows
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor project progress and address any operational challenges
  • Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Proven experience in energy management, project delivery, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in engineering, energy systems, or a related discipline
  • Experience with energy efficiency or sustainability projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
