Process Technician (Day & Night shifts)

Role And Responsibilities

Responsible for optimizing the process parameters of the responsible process, improving efficiency, and standardizing control points.

Develop and modify process control documents and training based on improvement plans.

Reduce the cost optimization of responsible processes.

Responsible for liaising with customers to develop feasible solutions for special requirements.

Responsible for training department employees on theoretical knowledge related to solar modules.

Customer complaint and feedback analysis and improvement.

Other matters arranged by the leader.

Requirements

College degree or above, STEM related majors such as Semiconductor, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, etc. is preferred.

Master relevant knowledge of on-site process flow and analysis and handling of anomalies in each process.

Good independent problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Hardworking and strong execution ability.

Timely complete tasks assigned by superiors and provide feedback on results.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.

Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
