Ruminati is a pioneering climate-tech company transforming how the agriculture sector collects, shares and reports emissions data across the supply chain.


We’re now seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Environmental Manager to support our COO and Head of Strategy & Growth in delivering Ruminati’s environmental strategy and strengthening our partnerships across the sector.


You’ll join a collaborative team spread across regional NSW, Canberra and Sydney. We request that applicants be based in Australia, and all work must be undertaken in Australia.


The opportunity

As Environmental Manager, you’ll bring environmental expertise, stakeholder management and strategic thinking together to help customers reduce emissions, understand compliance requirements and improve environmental outcomes.


You’ll play a central role in onboarding and supporting corporate partners, informing Ruminati’s environmental strategy and ensuring customers feel supported, informed and valued throughout their journey.


Key responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow partnerships with customers, industry bodies, government and supply chain partners.
  • Support customers with environmental compliance, reporting and data collection.
  • Help design environmentally focused business strategies and identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide environmental insight to Product, Marketing and Executive teams.
  • Represent Ruminati at events and conferences.
  • Lead and support the customer engagement team.
  • Track KPIs and report on partnership performance and environmental impact.

 

About you

  • Adaptable, resourceful and a confident communicator.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and accounts.
  • Calm, organised and solutions-focused in dynamic environments.
  • Positive, team-oriented and aligned with the practical realities of working in agriculture.
  • Based in Australia (all work must be performed within Australian territory).
