Your Role
As our Group Sustainability Manager, you will be a key player in transforming Royal Unibrew into a global leader in sustainability. Working closely with our Executive Management, you will craft and implement strategies that drive financial performance while strengthening our environmental footprint and our local communities.

Your Role
As our Group Sustainability Manager, you will be a key player in transforming Royal Unibrew into a global leader in sustainability. Working closely with our Executive Management, you will craft and implement strategies that drive financial performance while strengthening our environmental footprint and our local communities.
You Will
- Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategies, drawing on emerging trends and technologies
- Dive deep into environmental assessments and turn insights into actionable strategies
- Advocate for robust data collection systems to drive meaningful progress
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders to work towards shared sustainability goals
- Champion a culture of collaboration and innovation within and outside the company
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations to top-level decision-makers
- Challenge policies and targets to drive continuous improvement in sustainability practices
- Evaluate supplier sustainability performance and drive initiatives across the supply chain
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams, tailoring strategies to local markets
- Develop compelling communication and storytelling to showcase sustainability achievements
- Masters's degree or higher from a university or business school
- Demonstrated project management skills, adept at prioritization, and capable of executing multiple initiatives simultaneously with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Solid sustainability knowledge and proficiency in analytical and data-based decision-making
- Keen awareness of sustainability trends and technologies, including standards and principles such as SBTi, GHG, PEF, CDP, and relevant legislation such as CSRD and PPWR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering engagement and collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Comfortable navigating between high-level strategy, policy, and governance, while also being hands-on and data-driven
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken, and strong skills in MS Office applications
- A key role in shaping Royal Unibrew's sustainability agenda, with a strategic hub at our HQ in Faxe
