Customer Experience Rep/Product Specialist

We’re looking for an experience maker. Someone who can connect, communicate, and create a memorable vibe for every customer who walks through our doors.

At Rose Motorcars, we’ve been at the forefront of the EV/Hybrid revolution for over a decade – and now, we’re looking for someone just as enthusiastic to join our team and help us deliver a next-level experience to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel like their day just got better
• Giving walk-arounds and highlighting features of EV's & Hybrids (don’t worry—we can train you!)
• Answering questions, guiding test drives, and helping customers feel confident about EV ownership
• Supporting the sales team by making sure every step of the process feels smooth and stress-free
• Being a friendly face before, during, and after the sale

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and great energy
• Strong communication skills – in person, by phone, and over text/email
• Friendly, confident, and empathetic – people feel comfortable with you
• Interest in EV's and a willingness to learn (we’ll help you become a mini expert)
• Bilingual, Spanish.
• A Valid Drivers License with a Clean Driving Record, no recent DUI's.
