With over 1.6 GW of renewable electricity across more than 1,900 solar and battery storage projects serving schools, municipalities, hospitals, and businesses across the U.S. and Mexico, we're one of the most active C&I solar platforms in the country. We're looking for an Asset Management Analyst who's ready to grow into the operational and financial engine of a high-performing renewable energy portfolio. You'll sit at the intersection of energy, finance, and operations — with real responsibility from day one. What You'll Do Portfolio Operations Monitor real-time performance of C&I solar and BESS assets across a multi-state portfolio using SCADA and remote diagnostics platforms Track energy production data against modeled P50 values and contractual production guarantees Coordinate with O&M vendors and field teams to manage maintenance events and minimize downtime Reporting & Finance Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders Support portfolio-level reporting for tax equity and debt financing partners Maintain asset records including COD dates, meter data, equipment logs, and vendor contacts Contract & Compliance Monitor PPA, LTSA, and production guarantee compliance across the portfolio Assist in annual site inspections and flag corrective action items Support process improvement initiatives as the portfolio continues to scale What We're Looking For ✅ Required ~1 to 3 years of experience in renewable energy asset management, project finance, energy operations, or a related field ~ Working knowledge of C&I solar or DG fundamentals — PPA structures, performance ratios, energy yield ~ Strong Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting ~ Clear communicator who can translate technical data for non-technical audiences ~ Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams ~ Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, environmental science, or related field ⭐ Bonus Points Experience with monitoring platforms such as AlsoEnergy, Locus Energy, or SolarEdge Exposure to BESS operations or energy storage asset management Familiarity with community solar, UCB reporting, or subscriber management Understanding of tax equity structures or distributed generation financing What You'll Get Work on a portfolio that spans the U.S. and Mexico, backed by a global energy infrastructure investor with an A credit rating Real exposure to asset management, project finance, and clean energy operations at scale A collaborative team with 15+ years in the industry and a track record of outperforming the market Hybrid flexibility out of our San Francisco headquarters Competitive compensation, benefits, and a clear path to grow within asset management, advisory, or finance
