? Your Impact:
• Take ownership of building fast, intuitive, and reliable user interfaces
• Translate product vision into elegant UI/UX using modern web technologies
• Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ship features quickly
• Build responsive, scalable components that support a growing internal platform
• Deliver a user experience that enables smarter energy decisions across the country
? Must-Haves:
• 2+ years of experience in frontend development
• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and state management tools
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design)
• Familiarity with version control (Git), testing tools, and modern web build processes
• Strong sense of UI/UX and attention to performance and accessibility
✨ Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience working on SaaS platforms or internal tools
• Familiarity with authentication flows, form handling, and data visualization (e.g., charts, maps)
• Exposure to design systems, Storybook, or component libraries
• Experience collaborating closely with backend engineers and product designers
• Passion for energy, climate tech, or mission-driven software
