Senior Manager - Markets Care & Government Relations

A critical role in driving customer success, fostering government and stakeholder engagement, and providing strategic guidance on energy transition, climate policy, and decarbonization. This position requires a proactive approach to market development, customer relationship management, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer priorities, challenges, and business needs; provide actionable insights to internal teams.
• Support lead generation efforts, resolve customer issues, and enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
  
  

Market Development

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
• Identify underserved or high-growth market segments with strategic potential.
• Develop and recommend country-specific strategies for long-term growth.
  
  

External Representation

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
• Promote the organization’s mission, capabilities, and contributions to the energy sector.
  
  

Government Relations

• Build partnerships with government officials, embassies, trade associations, and policy institutions.
• Provide expert guidance on policies related to energy transition, decarbonization, and geopolitical dynamics.
• Analyze legislative and regulatory changes impacting operations in the region.
  
  

Strategic Implementation

• Execute country strategies aligned with the organization’s global vision.
• Provide timely updates on policy developments to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address critical issues and mitigate risks.
