Responsibilities

  • Manage confidential financial and client information while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and financial documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and follow-up action tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and business partners, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
