Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate day‑to‑day communications for advisors/leadership.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a high-touch experience.
- Prepare, track, and organize client paperwork (onboarding, account forms, compliance documentation)
- Maintain and update CRM records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
- Support basic office and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
