Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate day‑to‑day communications for advisors/leadership.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a high-touch experience.
  • Prepare, track, and organize client paperwork (onboarding, account forms, compliance documentation)
  • Maintain and update CRM records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
  • Support basic office and operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask.
