In-House Counsel

Houston, TX (On-Site Monday–Friday)

$150,000–$180,000 + Discretionary Bonus

We're working with a growing solar manufacturing company in Houston that is looking to add an In-House Counsel to its legal team.

This attorney will work directly under the General Counsel and handle a wide range of legal matters, including transactional work, regulatory and compliance issues, contract review and negotiation, and occasional labor & employment matters. The company is seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to serve as a trusted business partner.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of legal experience

• Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts

• Ability to advise business stakeholders on day-to-day legal matters

• Background in environmental, construction, or manufacturing law is preferred, but attorneys from all practice areas will be considered

• Prior in-house experience is a plus, but not required
