Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Coordinate office supplies, shipments, and vendor communication
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
