Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Property Managers and leadership with daily administrative operations
• Handle phone and email communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
• Process invoices, purchase orders, vendor contracts, and billing updates
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable activities and tenant move-in/move-out coordination
• Track tenant and vendor insurance certificates and maintain organized property files
• Prepare correspondence, maintain records, scan/e-file documents, and support special projects
• Assist with emergency coordination when needed
Qualifications:
• Prior administrative experience required, ideally within property management, real estate, or commercial office environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with invoicing, AP/AR support, and document management preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and property management/accounting systems
