Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The position is fully in-office during the initial training period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall administrative and office support to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and/or international travel
  • Serve as a point of contact for phone and email communications
  • Prepare materials and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and internal events
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project coordination or event planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
