Administrative Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. The position is fully in-office during the initial training period, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative and office support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and/or international travel
- Serve as a point of contact for phone and email communications
- Prepare materials and logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
- Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and internal events
- Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
