Role Summary:

RV Tech Enterprise IT is rapidly scaling its infrastructure across sites, cloud, and remote work. To deliver on this growth, strong project management discipline is critical. We’re modernizing our enterprise technology stack and driving high-visibility cross-functional initiatives. To succeed, we need a Senior IT Program Manager who can support project execution, bring structure, and help our teams stay aligned.

As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will partner closely with IT Program and Project Managers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope. You’ll coordinate tasks, track progress, manage documentation, and communicate updates. This hands-on, detail-oriented position is ideal for an accomplished Senior Program Manager ready to drive results across a portfolio of complex IT initiatives and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end project execution by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to ensure transparency.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, apps, vendors) to keep workstreams aligned.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor deliverables, and procurement activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with project management standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the PMO.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, project support, or project management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheets, or equivalent).
  • Effective communicator; able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts (infrastructure, applications, security) preferred.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating external vendors or service providers.
  • Certifications such as CAPM, CSM, or PMP are a plus.
Pay Disclosure:
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Palo Alto, California-Based Applicants: $107,000 - $133,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
